With over 18 years of global experience, Mehdi is a specialist in the most complex corners of civil engineering: tunneling, seismic design, and soil-structure interaction. Holding a PhD in Civil Earthquake Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology, his background spans from massive hydropower projects and dams to industrial vibration design and nonlinear analysis. Having spent a decade at SNC-Lavalin, Mehdi brings 'big infrastructure' rigor to local property consultancy, ensuring every structure is built to withstand the unique seismic demands of the Pacific Northwest.
Mo Mirlohi, EIT | Lead Structural Designer
Bringing a unique perspective from the Vancouver Shipyards, Mo specializes in high-stakes structural engineering where there is zero margin for error. Having worked on some of Canada’s most significant marine projects—including the Joint Support Ships (JSS), the Offshore Fisheries Science Vessels (OFSV), and the Polar Icebreaker, Mo applies the same level of precision and maritime-grade structural integrity to land-based developments.
