The project at 588 Barnham Place consists of the structural design of a new 3,145-square-foot single-family residence situated on a 0.32-acre lot. The structural scope includes the design and engineering of all primary load-bearing components, including foundations, retaining walls (if applicable), floor framing, roof framing, beams, columns, and lateral force-resisting systems to withstand gravity, wind, and seismic loads in accordance with the current BC Building Code. Structural drawings and calculations will be prepared to ensure the proposed residence provides a safe, durable, and efficient structural system while supporting the architectural design and intended use of the building.
